Returns & Exchanges – Online Purchases

At Eastern House, we are committed to customer satisfaction, while maintaining a clear and fair store policy.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges on regular price casual outfits only, within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Evening dresses and lingerie are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
  • Clearance Items final sale and not eligible for exchange.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Contact our customer service at 548-866-0247 to initiate the exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, and it meets all exchange criteria, your new item will be shipped promptly.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving exchange approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Eastern House reserves the right to refuse any exchange if:
    • The item is returned in unacceptable condition.
    • The reason for the request is based on misunderstanding product descriptions or sizing.
    • The item have been worn and label is not attached.
  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if returned items are sent back more than 10 days after the original delivery date.

Order Cancellation

  • Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return the item(s) once received — provided they are in original condition and packaging. In such cases, a store credit will be issued for the item(s) only, excluding shipping fees.
  • By clicking the PLACE ORDER button at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to Eastern House’s return, exchange, and cancellation policies.
